Betty Wan, FCIPD
Managing Director, Elevate Performance (formerly Group Head of Organisation Development and Talent at CLP Group)
Betty is an experienced global HR Director specialising in organisational growth and change with over 20 years of experience working across Asia Pacific and other global regions.
Her valuable experience is gained from a diverse set of companies in the energy, pharmaceuticals, and banking sectors, including blue-chip Fortune 100 companies, listed regional conglomerates and other local SMEs, and NGOs, all in pursuit of their own versions of performance uplift and value creation.
She partners with the C-suites and Boards to perform and transform, translating business strategy into practical systematic programs.
Betty is highly experienced in executive development and board development, as a psychologist, and an experienced Executive and Board advisor herself.
She is a multiple award recipient, recognised for her impactful work and measurable results, with clarity and disciplines.
She holds degrees in Occupational Psychology, Business Administration, and further education in Sustainability Leadership, AI & Digital Transformation, and Board Excellence, from some of the top universities in Europe and Asia. She speaks fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
